Christ Church Family,
We want to update you on what’s happening at Christ Church in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in our area. I’m sure we have all been following this evolving story with great concern. We have reached out to local city officials, government officials, and healthcare professionals in the area to gain perspective on how to best move forward. Please watch the video from Pastor Adam as he details the changes to this weekend’s services.
While we have no control over the impact and spread of this virus, we are doing everything we can to make each campus as safe and clean as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to help us do just that. If any additional changes are needed, we will communicate via email, social media, and our app. Please download the app to stay up to date on any future communications.
If you are unable to join your campus this week due to health concerns, join us online for our Gilbert service on Sunday at 10:30 am.
Please email us with any questions or comments regarding this situation.
Psalm 46:1 reminds us that, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." May we remain confident in God’s sovereign reign over all things. Let us not fear, but with confidence, use this opportunity to care for our church and our community by praying for them and serving them as the hands and feet of Jesus.
You are loved.
Jeffrey Carlson
Senior Executive Pastor
