Adam Bailie
Senior Lead Pastor
Adam planted Christ Church in December 2012. He earned his M. Div. from The Master’s Seminary and previously served on the pastoral staff of churches in California and Texas. Before training with Harvest Bible Fellowship and coming to Phoenix, he planted and was the lead pastor of Grace Church of the Valley in Kingsburg, CA. He and his wife Renee live in Gilbert and have two daughters and a son.

Everything You Need To Know
We get it. Walking into a new church for the first time can feel like a big step. So we’ve made it simple. From parking spots to Kids check-in to where the coffee’s at, we’ve thought through the details so you don’t have to. Our team will be ready to greet you with a smile, help you get settled, and make sure nothing feels awkward or overwhelming.
About the Mesa Congregation
The Mesa congregation was launched in September of 2025. The Mesa location also serves as our Central Offices for all four congregations.
Arriving for the First Time
On your first visit, look for the Guest Pavilion, where one of our team members will provide you with a gift and answer any questions you may have. There are directories located around the campus to help guide you to where you need to go.
Checking in Your Kids
Parents will need to check in their kids before service. Once your child is registered for the first time, you will receive a matching pick-up receipt which will be required to pick your child up after service. Pre-Register →

Not Sure Where To Go?
Use this map to find the Worship Center or Building 2, where you’ll check in your kids. If it’s your first time, look for the guest parking signs and make sure to stop by the Guest Pavilion. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to get settled.

Our attendees wear everything from shorts and flip flops to dresses and slacks—so come in whatever you're comfortable wearing!
